By using the Lume Furniture website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

One-of-One Inventory

Most items are individual pre-owned pieces with a quantity of one. Availability is subject to change. When an item is purchased or reserved, it becomes unavailable to other customers. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

Pricing

Prices are listed on each product page. Delivery fees, where applicable, are quoted separately based on location and item size and are confirmed before payment. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.

Condition

Furniture is pre-owned and professionally cleaned. We describe condition honestly, but pre-owned items may show minor signs of use. Contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Pickup & Delivery

Free pickup is available by appointment at our Maryland warehouse. Local delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location and item size.

Returns

Because items are one-of-one pre-owned pieces, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please review photos and details carefully, and ask questions before purchasing.
